After the series of leaks revealing the specs along with various renders of the budget flagship Redmi K40 series. Now Xiaomi has officially shared the first look of the Redmi K40 series through a teaser. Previously Xiaomi confirmed that the Redmi K40 series will be official in China on Feb 24.
Now the new teaser shows the camera setup on the upcoming Redmi K40. As per the poster, we can see the identical camera island featuring triple rear cameras on the Redmi K40 series. The camera setup is completely inspired by the recently launched Mi 11. It features two big sensor along with a third dept/macro shooter with the fourth one is still a mystery.
There is also mention of AI Triple cameras on the camera module which confirm that the fourth one might be Laser AF. Previous leaks revealed that the Redmi K40 series will come with SD888 SoC, but later we got to know that only Redmi K40 Pro will be using the SD888 SoC. Whereas the Redmi K40 will ship with the latest SD870 SoC.
Further, we got to know there will be another model with Redmi K40S too that might launch. All three devices will sport a flat AMOLED center punch-hole display. It will ship with an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Now Xiaomi has also released a second teaser which confirms that Redmi K40 will indeed ship with SD888 SoC.
