Previously we had reports about Samsung plans to introduce an affordable flagship phone which will replace the Galaxy S10 Lite. We even got to know that the device will not be called the Galaxy S20 Lite instead Galaxy S20 FE. We also got to know that Samsung has preponed the launch of the budget flagship Galaxy S20 FE.
Now one of the tipsters has just revealed the specs of the new Galaxy S20 FE. As per the source, the new Galaxy S20 FE will arrive with flat 60Hz refresh rate FHD+ sAMOLED panel to keep the cost low. It will be using the powerful SD865 SoC instead of SD765G or SD855+ and will be competing with OnePlus 8T.
The Galaxy S20 FE will arrive with latest Samsung 50MP GN1 sensor which made its debut with Vivo X50 Pro+. Lastly, the source also confirms that the device will be more budget-friendly Samsung flagship than expected. The new Galaxy S20 FE is expected to launch sometime in late Sept or early Oct.
