Earlier we saw various leaks and also spotted the alleged Redmi 8A on TENAA listing which revealed the detailed specs of the device. Now a popular source has just got the official teaser leaked which revealed the launch date for the budget smartphone Redmi 8 series.
As per the source, the Redmi 8 series includes the Redmi 8, Redmi 8A and lastly the Redmi 8 Pro. All three models will be unveiled on Oct 1 in China. Further, the source also revealed the alleged Redmi 8 Pro might come with 48MP primary sensor.
Apart from this, nothing much about the new Redmi 8 series is revealed. As per earlier leaks, the Redmi 8A sports 6.22 inches HD+ display with a waterdrop notch. It will run on Android 9 Pie with MIUI 10 on top. The device is powered by 2.2 GHz clocked octa-core processor coupled with 2GB/3GB RAM.
