Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi is all set to launch the successor to Redmi 7 with Redmi 8 earlier than expected. Earlier we saw alleged Redmi 8 which turned out to be the budget phone Redmi 8A passing through TENAA. Now we have got the images showing the alleged Redmi 8 or Redmi 8 Pro as it hits FCC.
As per the listing, the new Redmi 8 or Redmi 8 Pro comes with model number M1908C3JG and M1908C3JH on FCC website. Further, the FCC listing reveals the images along with dimension details of the M1908C3JG/H aka alleged Redmi 8/8Pro. The new M1908C3JG/H aka Redmi 8 or Redmi 8 Pro looks similar from the front with a waterdrop notch.
On the back, we have got a new gradient design with Quad-rear cameras along with fingerprint scanner. As per the listing, the Redmi 8 or Redmi 8 Pro measures 158.29 x 75.3mm with 166mm diagonally which translates to 6.1 inches. It device does come with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage. Further, the device comes with Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2 and USB Type-C port.
