Earlier we had many rumors about OnePlus working on a 5G smartphone which will not be called the OnePlus 7. Later OnePlus announces that it is going to participate at the MWC 2019 event and also sends media invite. Now OnePlus has officially confirmed what they are going to showcase at the MWC 2019.
As per the source, OnePlus at Qualcomm’s booth (Hall 3 Stand 3E10) will connect all individuals from the event to experience the new capabilities of 5G speeds. The users will also get their hands on the new OnePlus 5G prototype at the event and one can even experience the 5G Gaming on the same.
As per the source, the alleged OnePlus 5G phone could be the gaming smartphone from OnePlus and is expected to be powered by the latest SD855 SoC coupled with Snapdragon X50 5G chip inside. The OnePlus 5G will cost $300 more than the current OnePlus 6T.
