Earlier we had got few concept renders which showed the new Mi 9 with waterdrop display. We also got confirmation from Lei Jun stating that the new Mi 9 will arrive with faster charging tech.
Now Xiaomi’s Product Director Tang Weng Thomas has just teased the launch date of the new Mi 9. As per the post on Weibo, he mentioned the code 9102 will be the Mi 9 launch date which indirectly claims to be the Feb 19. Earlier we had many rumors about Xiaomi considering to introduce the Mi 9 Globally at MWC 2019.
Now we have got poster leaked which not only reveals the launch date but also leaks the features of the new Mi 9. As per the poster, which teases that the new Mi 9 will ship with an in-display fingerprint scanner and will feature triple rear cameras. As per various leaks, the new Mi 9 is all set to launch on Feb 19 one day before the Samsung Galaxy S10 Global launch.
