Earlier we had got a series of leaks regarding the new Redmi 7 but it turned out to be the Xiaomi Mi Play. Today, we have spotted the alleged Redmi 7 on Chinese certification website TENAA.
As per the listing, the devices with model number M1901F7E, M1901F7T, and M1901F7C has been certified by TENAA. Earlier we have spotted the same model number M1901F7E, M1901F7T, and M1901F7C being certified by 3C. Seems like we might get the new Redmi 7 series a lot sooner than expected.
Further, the TENAA listing reveals that the new Xiaomi M1901F7E, M1901F7T, and M1901F7C will sport 6.3 inches display but the resolution of the display is not known. The device will measure 159.21 x 75.21 x 8.1mm and comes with 3900 mAh battery.
Further, the new Xiaomi M1901F9T which was earlier rumored to be called Redmi 7 Pro sports smaller 5.84 inches display with unknown resolution. The device packs with lower 2900 mAh battery. Looks like the M1901F9T might not be the Pro variant as it has a smaller display. We can expect the M1901F9T turns out to be the Redmi 7 whereas Xiaomi M1901F7E, M1901F7T, and M1901F7C might be the Redmi 7 Pro/Plus.
Sadly, TENAA hasn’t revealed much about the new Redmi 7 yet and we have to wait for a few more days to get some more details.
