Motorola recently unveiled the new Motorola Edge series with Motorola Edge & Motorola Edge+. Both the devices arrived with almost identical looks but slight changes on the internals. Now Motorola might be planning to include the third device under the Edge series with the cheaper Motorola Edge Lite.
As per the source, the new Motorola Edge Lite will be the cheapest 5G phone from the company. The new Motorola Edge Lite might not feature the waterfall display despite Edge branding. The Motorola Edge Lite will sport 6.7 inches FHD+ (1080x2520p) AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rates. It gets in-display fingerprint scanner.
The Motorola Edge Lite will get a dual selfie aka dual punch-hole display with 8MP main and 2MP depth sensor. The device comes with quad-rear cameras with 48MP main Samsung sensor coupled with 16MP ultra-wide, 8MP and 5MP sensors with LED flash.
The Motorola Edge Lite comes with SD765G same as the Motorola Edge coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage option. The device will come with Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 5.0, A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, USB Type-C port, 3.5 mm audio jack and Dual SIM with 5G support. The Motorola Edge Lite packs 4800 mAh battery with 18W fast charging and runs on Android 10.
The new Motorola Edge Lite will be available in Prussian, Surfing Blue, Azury, Soft White colours. The device will be going on sale in the US on Verizon, in Japan, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. The Motorola Edge Lite with 4GB+64GB cost €399 (Rs.34,000/-) in Europe.
