Looks like after the success of Z-series we now have one more new series in works with G-series from Vivo. Yes, Vivo is planning to launch the new Vivo G1 which will be the first device from the G-series in China soon. Now we have probably spotted the new Vivo G1 passing through CMIIT listing which revealed the specs along with renders.
As per the listing, the new Vivo G1 which was the same device spotted previously on TENAA listing last month. The new Vivo G1 will be the rebranded version of Vivo S6 for China. The new Vivo G1 will sport 6.55 inches FHD+ AMOLED display having waterdrop notch.
The new Vivo G1 will be using a Samsung Exynos 980 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The new Vivo G1 will have the same design as the Vivo S6 along with the same set of cameras. The new Vivo G1 will pack 4390 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
Vivo G1 comes with 48MP main sensor with 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro plus depth sensor with an aperture of f/2.4. The new Vivo G1 features 32MP selfie shooter. The new Vivo G1 might be priced under 3000 Yuan (Rs.32,100/-) in China.
