Vivo becomes the next company to announce another premium 5G mid-range smartphone with Vivo S6 5G in China. The new Vivo S6 5G will directly compete with Honor 30S which was launched yesterday. The new Vivo S6 5G will arrive in White, Blue and Black colours and will go on sale from April 3 in China.
The new Vivo S6 5G again looks similar to Redmi K30 Pro with circular quad-rear cameras and glass back. The new Vivo S6 5G 3D curved surface design back made of lightweight and thin nano-fibre polymer. The Vivo S6 5G measures 8.68 mm thick and measures 181g in weight.
The Vivo S6 5G sports 6.44 inches FHD+ waterdrop Super AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint scanner. The Vivo S6 5G is powered by Samsung Exynos 980 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage. The new Vivo S6 5G also has support for Hi-Res audio along with 3.5 mm audio jack.
The Vivo S6 5G features quad-rear cameras with 48MP main sensor with an aperture of f/1.79, EIS, 8MP ultra-wide sensor with 112-degrees FOV, f/2.25 aperture and 2MP macro with 2MP depth sensor having an aperture of f/2.4 with LED flash. It comes with 32MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.08.
The connectivity option includes comes with Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, 5G support, Dual Band Wifi, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C port, and 3.5 mm audio jack. The new Vivo S6 5G packs 4500 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support and runs on Android 10 with FunTouch OS 10 on top.
The new Vivo S6 5G with 8GB+128GB cost 2698 Yuan (Rs.28,700/-) and the 8GB+256GB at 2998 Yuan (Rs.31,900/-) in China.
