Previously Xiaomi officially announced that they already working on the new K-series phone with Redmi K30 & Redmi K30 Pro. We even got to know that the Redmi K30 might use MediaTek processor this time. Xiaomi also confirmed that the Redmi K30 will come with Dual-mode 5G support.
Now we have got some interesting details of the new Redmi K30 which might disappoint a few Mi Fans. As per the source, Redmi K30 will downgrade to the LCD display having an punch-hole notch. Further, the source also confirmed due to LCD display the device might use an side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
This leaks might turn out to major let down as the original came with AMOLED panel and in-display fingerprint scanner. Anyway, there are also rumours about Redmi K30 to use new Snapdragon 7 series SoC which will feature the new Dual-mode 5G support.
