Earlier Xiaomi made headlines of launching the new 48MP camera smartphone later next year. Now we saw Honor also launching the Sony IMX586 based 48MP camera smartphone with Honor V20 later this month. One of the sources has further revealed the details of the new 48MP camera smartphone.
As per the source, the upcoming Xiaomi smartphone will feature triple rear cameras which include 48MP primary sensor along with ultra-wide angle lens which will make the device land into premium smartphone segment. There are also rumors about the smartphone to launch under Redmi branding as CEO took the Redmi handle to announce the same.
The source also reveals that the new Xiaomi smartphone will join the Infinity-O display race after Samsung, Lenovo, and Huawei. As per the source, Xiaomi will use the BOE made LCD display with a hole. The upcoming Xiaomi smartphone is expected to cost above 2000 Yuan (Rs.21,000/-) in China.
