HTC is all under loss with falling shares across the globe, the company has now decided to concentrate only in flagship and mid-range segment smartphones. Earlier HTC had launched the new HTC U12+ which never made its way to India. Now we have a new rumor that HTC might no manufacture the new HTC U12 Life.
As per popular tipster LlabTooFeR, HTC will not manufacture the HTC U12 Life instead will be manufactured by third-party manufacturer similar to Micromax and just add the HTC logo. We are not sure about the news as we already know HTC is under loss and had already fired its employees earlier.
Apart from that, the HTC U12 Life will run on Android 8.1 over the recently launched Android 9 Pie which is surprising as it would be an Android One device. Anyway, HTC would provide the OTA update later. As per previous leaks, the HTC U12 Life would be powered by SD636 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM.
