HTC had launched their first Android One smartphone last year with HTC U11 Life which was exclusive to Canada and the US and didn’t made its way to India. Now HTC is planning to introduce the successor with HTC U12 Life.
As per Android Authority, HTC is now working on mid-range Android smartphone which is codenamed as Imagine Life. Sadly, we didn’t get any renders of the device leaked but as per the source the Imagine Life might be advertised as HTC U12 Life which will be the second Android One smartphone from the company.
The source managed to get the specs of the codenamed Imagine Life. As per the source, the alleged HTC U12 Life will sport 6.0 inches FHD+ display with a resolution of 2160*1080p having an aspect ratio of 18:9. Luckily not a device with display notch.
The HTC Imagine Life will come with SD636 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 128GB. The device will feature 16MP+5MP dual rear cameras with LED flash and 13MP selfie camera. The camera can shoot videos up to 4K and will come with PDAF, AF and Beautification modes.
The connectivity options includes Dual SIM with 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, Wifi, NFC and fingerprint scanner. All this is fueled by 3600 mAh abttery and will be Android One smartphone running on Android 8.0
