After Essential PH-1 we have seen a new trend now from Chinese brands which are now launching design with tiny notch. Earlier we saw Oppo F9 and F9 Pro with new Droplet display. Now we have another Chinese brand with Honor launching similar design with Honor 8X.
As per the leaked images, we can see the new Honor 8X featuring the tiny circular notch which carries just the selfie camera. There is slightly thicker bezels on the chin portion of the device which also has Honor branding. Sadly, there are no images leaked showing the rear view of the device.
But as per TENAA listing, the Honor 8X will come with Dual camera setup now aligned vertically along with rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. All the buttons are located on the right and USB Type-C port with a speaker on the bottom of the device.
As per leaks, the Honor 8X will sport 7.13 inches larger display. It will be powered by Kirin 710 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. Honor 8X will feature a 16MP+2MP Dual rear camera with 8MP selfie camera. The device is fueled by larger 4900mAh battery and runs on Android 8.1 with EMUI 8.2 on top.
