Xiaomi unveiled their latest flagship lineup with Mi 8 series in China last week and we already got the hint that Xiaomi will finally launch their flagship to Indian markets soon with an official teaser. Now we have a new report from popular tech blog which claims that Xiaomi Mi 8 along with Mi 8i in India next week.
As per the report from Beebom, the Xiaomi is planning to introduce the Mi 8 SE in India as Mi 8i which we already saw on Mi 4i which was launched as Mi 4X in China where “i” stands for India. The blog also showed us the evidence about the name Mi 8i on the Xiaomi official Mi 8SE link which mentions the letter i beside the Mi 8.
Along with Mi 8SE Xiaomi will also launch the Mi 8 which will be priced higher and come with top of the line specs. Sadly Xiaomi might not launch the Mi 8 Explorer Edition which had an in-display fingerprint scanner. As per the report, the Mi 8SE will be priced somewhere around 18-20K in India and will also launch the Mi Band 3 in India next month.
