Samsung recently unveiled the Samsung Galaxy J6 along with J8 in India and we have a new J-series device coming soon with Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus. As per the source, Samsung might add the Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus to its J-series in coming weeks.
As per XDA, they managed to get the firmware of the device named as “j6plte” which is interpreted as Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus LTE CIS SER where the CIS stands for Common Wealth of the Independent States and SER for Serbia where the device is expected to launch apart from other markets.
As per the firmware, the Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus is expected to be powered by SD450 SoC over the Exynos 7870 found on Samsung Galaxy J6. The Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus is expected sports HD+ Infinity display with an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. The device will look similar to recently launched Samsung Galaxy J8 and will feature a Dual rear camera with fingerprint scanner below it.
Sadly, there is no info about the RAM and storage options but will include selfie flash. The Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus is fueled by larger 4350 mAh battery when compared with 3000 mAh battery on J6. Samsung might launch the new Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus in India first as they launched the Samsung Galaxy J6 & J8 in India first.
