Earlier we got few leaks and also spotted the Moto E5 listed on Amazon.in. Today Motorola has finally launched the Moto E5 & Moto E5 Plus in India. The Moto E5 is priced at Rs.9999/- whereas the Moto E5 Plus is priced at Rs.11,999/- in India.
The Moto E5 will be offline exclusive and will go on sale through Moto Hub stores across India and will come in Fine Gold and Flash Gray colors. The Moto E5 Plus will come in Fine Gold and Black colors will be exclusive to Amazon and Moto Hub stores and is already up on sale.
The launch offers includes SBI debit/credit card users will get flat Rs.800/- off on purchase of Moto E5 Plus through Amazon only on July 11 & 12, No cost EMI only on July 11 and 12, Rs.1200 cashback when you pay through Paytm Mall app in Moto Hubs, additional Rs.1000/- off on exchange with your old smartphone, and Extra 130GB 4G data for Jio users.
Moto E5 Plus:
The next smartphone launched in the event was the budget smartphone with Moto E5 series. The first smartphone in the Moto E5 series is the Moto E5 Plus. The new Moto E5 Plus looks similar to Moto G6 Play with a Glass back this time over the metal unibody design on the predecessor.
The new Moto E5 Plus sports larger 6.0 inches IPS LCD HD+ Max Vision display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. It weighs 200 grams and is 9.35 mm thick. The device also comes with P2i water-repellent coating. It will be available in Deep Indigo, Mineral blue, Fine Gold & Flash Gray colors.
Moto E5 Plus is powered by SD435 SoC coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 128 GB. It features a rear-facing fingerprint scanner just below the camera.
Moto E5 Plus features 12 MP single camera with LED flash, PDAF, 1.25um big pixels, Laser Autofocus, with a f/2.0 aperture with the capability to shoot videos up to 1080p @30fps. It comes with 8MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.2, 1.12um pixel size, and LED flash.
