With rising in innovation for the bezel-less display with getting almost 95% screen to body ratio which we already saw on Vivo NEX and Oppo Find X we have another smartphone stealing the similar design for the successor of the 2018 flagship killer OnePlus 6 with OnePlus 6T.
Recently OnePlus added the new color variant for OnePlus 6 with Amber Red and now the OnePlus team is all working on the second flagship of 2018 for OnePlus 6T. The first render leaked suggest that the upcoming OnePlus 6 will come with Oppo Find X like pop-up selfie camera which will be larger in size as it will also include the new 3D Facial recognition tech which we saw on Mi 8.
The upcoming OnePlus 6T will have an almost bezel-less display and rounded corners with higher than 95% screen to body ratio one found on Vivo NEX and Oppo Find X and will also include the in-display fingerprint scanner. The OnePlus 6T will come with slightly curvier back which will include the Huawei P20 Pro like triple-rear cameras.
As per the industry insider, Liu Zuohu also said that the OnePlus 6T will also come with 5G support which sounds strange as none of the current chipset support 5G networks at the moment so we can expect the new OnePlus 6T to come with SD855 SoC? we have to wait for it. The OnePlus 6T will come in 8GB RAM along with 256GB and 512GB storage options.
As per the source, the upcoming OnePlus 6T would cost 3500 Yuan (Rs.36,300/-) for base variant and will go up to 5000 Yuan (Rs.51,800/-) for the top variant in China which is slightly higher when compared with OnePlus 6. We can expect the OnePlus 6T to be announced no earlier than Nov 2018.
