Xiaomi is all set to unveil the Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 along with Redmi 6 Pro on June 25 in China. With just a few days left for the official announcement, Xiaomi has already started teasing the upcoming devices on their official Weibo page.
As per the teaser, the upcoming Mi Pad 4 will come with smart game acceleration feature to provide better gaming experience as we already saw the original Mi Pad which was powered by powerful GPU and was targeted for gamers. Apart from that, Xiaomi also confirms that the Mi Pad 4 will be powered by SD660 SoC which was leaked via official MIUI ROM.
Xiaomi has also shared the new teaser showing the all-new Redmi 6 Pro official renders on their Redmi Weibo page. Yes, ahead of the official announcement Xiaomi has already unveiled the first look of the upcoming notched display smartphone Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro.
As per the post, we can see the new Redmi 6 Pro featuring a bezel-less display with a notch carrying the selfie camera and earpiece with a thicker bottom and side bezels. The Redmi 6 Pro is completely ripped off version of iPhone X in terms of looks but with Xiaomi branding and rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The new Redmi 6 Pro will be available in Red, Lake Blue, Pink, Gold and Black colors as per the official renders and is built out of metal. We also got the live images of the Redmi 6 Pro leaked which confirms that it will come with micro USB port over the USB Type-C port.
We also got the unboxing video of the upcoming Redmi 6 Pro leaked on YouTube today which show the device with box content. The new Redmi 6 Pro will come with dedicated microSD card slot along with Dual SIM as per the video.
As per the video, the new Redmi 6 Pro will be built out of metal and plastic on top and bottom of the device. The Redmi 6 Pro will sport 5.84 inches FHD+ display with a resolution of 2280*1080p having an aspect ratio of 19:9.
The Redmi 6 Pro will be powered by the same old SD625 SoC coupled with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage. It will feature a 12MP+5MP Dual rear camera with a pixel size of 1.25μm, Dual LED flash, PDAF, AI support and AI portrait mode for selfies as it comes with 5MP selfie camera with face unlock support. The secondary 5MP rear camera act as a depth sensor.
The Redmi 6 Pro will be fueled by larger 4000 mAh battery and is running on Android 8.1 with MIUI 9.5 on top which can be upgraded to MIUI 10 later. It does come with 3.5 mm audio jack & IR blaster on top of the device and micro USB port along with speakers on the bottom of the device.
The Redmi 6 Pro is rumored to cost around 1,000 Yuan (Rs.10,600/-) which makes the cheapest smartphone with display notch.
