Vivo is all set to launch its first truly bezel-less smartphone without any notch with Vivo NEX in China on June 12. Earlier we had a hands-on video showing the Vivo NEX with selfie camera pop-up mechanism leaked. Today, we have got the official renders of the upcoming Vivo NEX leaked.
As per the leaked image, we can see the new Vivo NEX featuring bezel-less display at the front without any notch above the display and will also come with an in-display fingerprint scanner.
On the rear, we have the Dual rear cameras with Dual Tone Dual LED flash below it. The Power key and volume rockers are located on the right of the device. As per the source, the new Vivo NEX S will sport large 6.59 inches FHD+ display with a resolution of 2316*1080p.
It is just 7.98 mm thick. The Vivo NEX S is powered by SD710 SoC clocked at 2.2 GHz coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage whereas the other variant Vivo NEX will be powered by SD845 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage space. The device will feature Dual rear cameras with 12MP+5MP and 8MP selfie camera.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G LTE and Dual VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 5.0, micro USB port, GPS, GLONASS, and USB OTG. The device is running on Android 8.1 with FunTouch OS on top and is fueled by large 4000 mAh battery.
Along with that we also spotted the Vivo NEX S on Geekbench website. As per the Geekbench, the upcoming Vivo NEX S will be the flagship smartphone powered by SD845 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and the device is running on Android 8.1 out of the box.
The device managed to get a score of 2419 under single -core and 9085 under multi-cores test. With this, we are again confused whether the Vivo NEX will be powered by SD710 SoC or SD845 SoC at the moment.
