Xiaomi recently unveiled the Redmi S2 in China and is all set to launch the flagship smartphone for 2018 with Mi 8 or Mi 7 later next week. Earlier we had got few renders of the alleged Mi Max 3 leaked online which chowed the Redmi Note 5 Pro like the design on the back.
Earlier we had few rumors of Xiaomi might launch the Mi Max 3 along with the flagship Mi 8 and Mi 7 on 31 May. Now Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun has confirmed that Mi Max 2 successor will now launch in July 2018 in a post on Weibo.
Mi Max 2 was launched last year in the month of May and this year it has been delayed to July probably due to the flagship smartphone Mi 8 and Mi 7. As per earlier leaks, the Mi Max 3 will feature new 18:9 aspect ratio 6.99 inches FHD+ display and will come in two variants with SD636 and SD660 SoC coupled with 3GB/4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage options.
Apart from that, Xiaomi vice president Tang Mu has also teased the successor to Mi Router 3 with Mi Router 4 which will be unveiled today in China. As per Tang Mu, the Xiaomi Router 4 will come with Minet button which allows more smart devices to access the network.
As per the teaser, the Xiaomi Router 4 will be more powerful than Xiaomi Router 3, will have a nice appearance, will able to control the router via App support similar the to predecessor, professional flood prevention network function, a stronger signal with wider network coverage and will have faster heat dissipation.
