It’s only been a year since the Moto G85 launched, and we’re getting closer to its successor. Moto G86 pricing leaked in March, and today we have the first purported leaked renders.

There is a lot of resemblance between this design and Edge. Motorola appears to be unifying its design language across its Edge upper-midrange and flagship lines, as well as its G series of mid-rangers, at least in this case. It is especially the camera island that reminds us of the Edge 60 Fusion.

The source of this leak refers to the back material as “a mix of felt and textile.” According to these images, the G86 will be available in at least purple and dark blue. The dark blue version features a traditional fake leather back.

As you can see, the phone has a flat screen with small bezels. However, the top and bottom bezels are larger than the side ones. With OIS, the main camera features a 50 MP sensor and an unspecified Sony Lytia sensor. It is also compatible with Dolby Atmos. Currently, there is no indication when it will become official. However, it is expected to retail for €330 in the Eurozone, featuring 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
