Prior to their release in India, OPPO made public the processor and the main AI-network-related characteristics of the F29 5G series smartphones. On March 20th, the OPPO F29 5G and OPPO F29 Pro 5G are scheduled to go on sale nationwide. The firm previously disclosed the forthcoming smartphones’ configurations and colour choices.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon SM6450 chipset, codenamed SM6450, will be used in the OPPO F29 5G and will have an AnTuTu V10 score of 650,000. The well-known Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC is also codenamed SM6450. The MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy SoC, which is said to achieve a score of 740,000+ points on AnTuTu V10, will power the OPPO F29 Pro 5G.
Both variants will include IP66, IP68, and IP69 dust and water resistance. They will also have a 360-degree Damage-Proof Armor Body. With its brand-new Hunter Antenna Architecture, the F29 5G series will have a 300 percent stronger signal. It will have a low-frequency antenna arrangement that is horizontally symmetrical and vertically centred.
The 200mm completely wrapped antenna configuration of the F29 5G and F29 Pro 5G will cover 84.5 percent of their boundaries. Additionally, they will be the first smartphone on the market to enable 4X4 MIMO in the B40, B3, and B39 frequency bands.
OPPO also states that AI LinkBoost, which can dynamically modify network performance in real-time, will be included with the F29 5G and F29 Pro 5G. To eliminate delays and disruptions in real-time, the system will identify signal losses and optimize the connection. According to the company, there will be no signal drop-offs during gaming on the cellphones.
