According to a Xiaomi executive, the top-of-the-line Xiaomi 15 Ultra smartphone is expected to launch in February.

Chinese leaker Digital Chat Station shared a more precise (but still vague) timeframe today. According to him, it is expected to be launched at the end of February.

Since Mobile World Congress 2025 is starting in Barcelona, we assume Xiaomi may unveil the device there, as it did for the 14 Ultra this year.

With the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will run smoothly. The device is expected to feature a micro-quad-curve OLED screen, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and an embedded ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

The phone will run Android 15 with Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 on top. There will be a 6,000 mAh battery with 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging support.

The rear of the phone will feature a quad camera setup featuring a Sony Lytia LYT-900 sensor, a 50 MP ultrawide camera, a 50 MP telephoto, and 200 MP periscope telephoto which will be able to zoom up to 100x, whatever that means.
