The rumour mill has been buzzing with updates regarding POCO’s upcoming POCO X7 5G smartphone, which is rumoured to be unveiled soon. As of now, POCO X7 has been certified by BIS, TKDN, TDRA, Geekbench, SDPPI, and NBTC, while it is rumoured to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G.
Poco X7 5G renders have also leaked online today. Renders reveal that the smartphone looks like a Chinese variant of the Redmi Note 14 Pro with POCO branding in the middle and a dual-colour rear panel. The device is available in three colours.
POCO X7 Pro also has a different design than POCO X6 Pro. POCO X7 Pro has a vertically-aligned camera module instead of a large rectangular design. Additionally, the Pro model is available in black, green, and yellow (dual-tone).
POCO X7:
On the back, it will feature a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera, an 8MP Ultra-Wide Sony IMX355, a 2MP macro camera, and a 20MP selfie camera. This device is expected to have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution and will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra SoC. The phone may be backed by a 5500 mAh battery and supports fast charging at 45W.
According to the tipster, the POCO X7 Pro will be the first Xiaomi device to feature HyperOS 2.0 in addition to the POCO X7 5G.
