Samsung seems to be gearing up for the launch of the Galaxy A26, following the release of the A25 model last December. While an official unveiling is yet to occur, we’ve now seen the initial leaked renders of the Galaxy A26, giving us a sneak peek into what we can expect.

This new model boasts dimensions of 164 x 77.5 x 7.7 mm, or 9.7 mm including the camera bump, suggesting that it will be taller, wider, and thinner than last year’s model. This dimensional shift implies that the Galaxy A26 might feature a larger display, speculated to be around 6.64 inches, an upgrade from the A25’s 6.5-inch screen.

The renders reveal a smartphone featuring a flat screen with a throwback waterdrop notch and a pronounced bezel at the bottom. On the rear, the phone sports three cameras, neatly grouped within a single housing, moving away from the design with separate camera circles.

In 2024, smartphones have adopted a sleek, flat-sided design, and Samsung has introduced an innovative feature called the Key Island. This is a protrusion on the right side of the phone, where they’ve placed the power and volume buttons for easy access.

Key Specs:

The Samsung Galaxy A26, as per recent benchmark tests, is set to feature the same Exynos 1280 processor found in the Galaxy A25, coupled with a minimum of 6GB of RAM, though additional RAM configurations are likely. It’s expected to come with Android 15 pre-installed, and its price point should be in line with that of the Galaxy A25.
