Xiaomi’s product launch calendar is brimming with excitement for the remainder of 2024 and into the early part of next year. Hot on the heels of the Xiaomi 15’s debut last month, the tech giant is set to unveil the Redmi K80 and its high-end sibling, the K80 Pro, this November. As the year wraps up, December will bring yet another addition to their lineup with the launch of the Redmi Turbo 4, as per the latest buzz in the tech community.

According to the leaker Smart Pikachu, the upcoming Turbo 4 will feature a 1.5K resolution display and is slated for a December release. This follows the trend set by the launch of the first Turbo model, the Turbo 3, back in April, indicating that Xiaomi might continue the biannual release schedule for this series.

In an August insider scoop, it was disclosed that the Redmi Turbo 4 sports the model number 2412DRT0AC, where the “C” denotes its availability for the Chinese market. Internationally, this phone will be known as the Poco F7, carrying the model numbers 2412DPC0AG for global markets and 2412DPC0AI for the Indian market.

Spec-wise, there’s not much known yet about the Turbo 4 beyond its 1.5K display. There are whispers of a plastic frame construction. Given that the Poco F7 is essentially the Turbo 4 with a different badge, it’s anticipated that it will boast similar features.
