Soon, Samsung Galaxy enthusiasts might dive into the much-awaited One UI 7 upgrade, as whispers from a reliable source suggest its beta testing will kick off later this month. The insider, Ice Universe, has indicated that post-November 17, users in South Korea and the USA will be among the first to explore the beta.

According to insider Tarun Vats, the beta might roll out to users in India come December, and as per 91mobiles, regions like China, the UK, Germany, and Poland could see it hit their shores at roughly the same period.

Samsung is reportedly updating the look of its icons, something we’ve heard before. The screenshots below show a comparison of the old and new versions. Additionally, an earlier leak revealed an enhanced lock screen with more customization options and widgets. Samsung is adding smart notification management to today’s leak, which is shown below.

Galaxy AI features:

Circle to Search will also be able to help Samsung owners with math, physics, and history homework. When you use the feature on a problem, it will bring up explainers, videos, and results to assist you with solving it.

We can expect more AI tools for photography as the AI features expand. You can add depth to your photos with a tool called Live Effects. Several AI-generated artistic effects will also be available to restyle your portraits. Last but not least, AI Zoom will use the Pro Visual Engine to ensure that zoomed-in photos are clear even at 100x.

With AI features coming to the Sketch to Image tool, it will have several new options. The Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 introduced this feature first. Users can draw something and AI will convert that sketch into artwork if you’re unfamiliar with this feature. The first versions of the application offered 3D Cartoon, Sketch, and Watercolor options.

Parental Controls:

Parental controls are coming to One UI 7. This feature allows parents to control what their kids can access. Therefore, you can restrict certain apps and websites your children can use. Parents can also track their child’s physical location using a feature.

With Samsung’s latest foldables, the Energy Score feature gets some updates. Changes aren’t discussed in great detail in the leak. In addition to improving your Energy Score, you will gain greater awareness of your health effects and daily life.

The leak mentions Samsung Knox as a security feature. The report does not mention if the feature has changed.
