Redmi India announces the launch date for its 5G smartphone, the Redmi A4. In India, the phone will be unveiled on November 20 and available to buy online through Xiaomi.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 will power the Redmi A4 5G smartphone, which is designed specifically for India. On a 4nm process, the chipset supports FHD+ displays, 12-bit ISP cameras, and more. With the launch of the smartphone in the country, the SoC will make its global debut.
According to Xiaomi India’s microsite, the Redmi A4 5G will feature a 6.88-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an old-school waterdrop notch. On the rear housing, it will have a circular camera module, dual cameras, and an LED flash. An AI-enhanced 50MP primary camera will be included in the camera setup.
With wired fast charging support, the smartphone will be powered by a 5,160mAh battery. In addition to a Halo glass sandwich design at the back, it will come in black and pink colour options.
