The Galaxy S25 series is expected to launch in Q1 2025, and new details are being revealed through leaks and rumours. The most recent ones include screen protector images and aluminium dummy units for all three models, as well as the exact dimensions of all three models.
Despite Samsung’s minimalist design approach, the Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus get rounded corners, while the Ultra gets a major redesign. Galaxy S25 measures 146.94 x 70.46 x 7.25 mm, down from 7.6mm of Galaxy S24. As compared to the Galaxy S24 Plus, the Galaxy S25 Plus measures 158.44 x 75.79 x 7.35 mm.
Galaxy S25 Ultra measures 162.82 mm x 77.65 mm x 8.25 mm, slightly less than S24 Ultra’s 8.6 mm. Due to the slimmer bezels, the upcoming Ultra flagship is also slightly narrower than the S24 Ultra.
This is the first Ultra model by the brand to feature a completely flat display. This will address several issues, including easier screen protector availability, better display protection, and fewer accidental touches.
The screen protectors also appear to have slimmer bezels on all three models.
