iQOO has confirmed it will launch the iQOO 13 smartphone in China by the end of October, though the exact date has yet to be confirmed. It’s likely that global customers won’t have to wait long to get their hands on the device.
An iQOO 13 teaser poster was shared by Nipun Marya, CEO of iQOO India. The teaser doesn’t name the phone directly, but the phrase “Ready for the next? ” clearly gives it away that it’s referring to the iQOO 13. It was reported earlier this week that the smartphone would be launched on December 3rd in India.

Over the past few weeks, China has extensively teased the iQOO 13. In a Weibo post today, Jia Jingdong, Vice President of Vivo Brand and General Manager of Brand and Product Strategy, confirmed several details about the device.
Qualcomm has not yet confirmed the name of its next-generation Snapdragon 8-series chip, but Jingdong has revealed that the Snapdragon 8 Elite will power the iQOO 13. Using the latest Snapdragon chip, Jingdong says that PCs will be able to achieve a level of capability comparable to CPU, GPU, and NPU performance. Vivo and Qualcomm have partnered to optimize this chipset, enabling users to experience both high performance and energy efficiency.
Performance allocation tuning allows CPU and GPU frequencies to be adjusted according to usage scenarios in the iQOO 13. With multi-layer graphene and an ultra-large 7K VC heat spreader, it ensures stable performance under heavy loads. The Q2 gaming chip also supports PC-level 2K texture super-resolution and native 144FPS gaming.
In collaboration with China-based BOE, the iQOO 13 features a 2K Q10 Everest display with superior brightness and color accuracy. According to recent reports, it will have a 6.82-inch flat OLED panel with a 2K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. It also features the world’s first OLED circularly polarized light eye protection technology, which reduces eye strain.
The iQOO 13 is equipped with a 6,150mAh battery with 120W charging support, utilizing third-generation silicon negative electrode technology to keep the device lightweight and thin. With enhanced AI capabilities and audio-visual configurations tailored for gaming, OriginOS 5 enhances user experience. The device is also equipped with dual speakers and a large 1016H motor for haptics, he added.
