Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 Special Edition, aka Galaxy Z Fold6, is coming, and its launch date has been leaked. Please note that this information is still unofficial, so it may not be accurate.

FNNews, a Korean publication, provided the information. Samsung is expected to announce Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 Special Edition, on October 25, which is only nine days away. According to an earlier rumour, the device will launch on October 18.

It appears that this smartphone won’t be available globally, based on reports. There are only plans for China and Korea, unfortunately. When unfolded, the device is 4.9mm thick, and when folded, it is 10.6mm thick.

The Galaxy Z Fold 6 is 5.6mm thick when unfolded, and 12.1mm thick when folded. Compared to China’s competition, it is much better.

Samsung has been able to further reduce the crease on its foldable displays with each iteration. An improvement may not take a full generation this time.

The Galaxy Z Fold6 Special Edition display was unveiled today by well-known tipster Ice Universe. The leaker claims that the Special Edition has even better crease control than the regular Galaxy Z Fold 6, which suggests that it is even less noticeable.

The Galaxy Z Fold6 Special Edition is expected to have a wider display than the Galaxy Z Fold 6. It may also have S Pen support, a thinner body, and a 200MP main camera. It does sound like the Special Edition is the one to have if you want a less noticeable crease.

There is no word on whether the Special Edition will be coming to South Korea and China. According to leaked promotional material, pre-orders may begin later this month.
