Following its announcement back in March, Nothing is revealing the details of the Nothing Phone (2a) Community Edition smartphone at its next quarterly update on 30 October at 11:00 GMT (4:30 PM IST).
During stage 1 which started in March, the Hardware Design was finalized, and the final design featured a glowing radium design on the back. The firefly’s back glows even in the launch invite teaser.
Wallpaper Design was the focus of stage 2 which began in May. Phone (2a) Community Edition will come pre-installed with Connected Collection.
Stage 3 in June focused on packaging design, which tied together the hardware and wallpaper designs from stages 1 and 2. The winning design was ‘Less is More’ with a green theme.
In July, Stage 4 focused on marketing the Phone (2a) Community Edition through a creative proposal. ‘Find your light. Capture your light’ was selected as a winner.
