Later this month, Oppo will launch the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro, but not the Find X8 Ultra. The Find X8 Ultra is expected to go official sometime in the first quarter of next year, according to a new rumour.

It is expected that Oppo’s flagship device will be released between January and March of next year. It is also reported that Oppo will unveil the Find N5 foldable during this time period.

OnePlus Open 2, which may be released in Q1 2025, will be the Find N5’s international counterpart if history repeats itself.

According to the source of today’s rumour, Oppo is testing the Find N5 with the same camera setup as the Find X8 Ultra, but may ditch it for a tri-cam setup instead. There will be four cameras on the back of the Find X8 Ultra, which is unsurprising.

Unfortunately, the Find N5’s camera game won’t be up to par. All foldables lag behind their slab-style counterparts in that regard, so this wouldn’t be surprising.
