Honor launched the Honor 200 series in the Indian market recently, with both Vanilla and Pro models available. Only one variant was missing – the Honor 200 Lite. Honor will soon bring the Honor 200 Lite to the Indian market as well. It was shared by Mukul Sharma on his X account, who is a reliable tipster. The Lite variant has already been launched globally and in China as the Honor X50i Plus.
Further, With the hashtag Portrait Perfection, Honor has teased the India launch of the Honor 200 Lite via its official X handle (@ExploreHonor). Despite not revealing specifications or a launch date, he mentioned the device should arrive by the end of this month, just in time for the holiday shopping season.
Moreover, the device will be priced under Rs.25k, although he did not detail the memory options. It is unlikely that any hardware changes will be made for the Honor 200 Lite since it has already launched in other markets.
Honor 200 Lite 5G:
Honor 200 Lite 5G will arrive with a 6.67-inch FHD+ (2400×1080p) AMOLED with a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The Honor 200 Lite is powered by Dimensity 6080 SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage space.
The device will feature tripe-rear cameras with a 108MP main sensor coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide and a 2MP macro sensor with LED flash. There is a 50MP selfie shooter along with 2D Facial recognition. The Honor 200 Lite 5G comes with a 4500 mAh battery with 35W fast charge support.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 5G, Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, Dual Frequency (L1 + L5) GPS, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port, FM Radio and Bluetooth 5.1. The device also comes with stereo speakers.
Honor 200 Lite 5G runs on Android 14 OS with Honor MagicOS 8.0 on top. The device measures 6.78mm thick and weighs 166g.
