Redmi Buds 6 Lite has been spotted on various global certification websites, suggesting its imminent launch. With the launch of Redmi Buds 6 Lite, Xiaomi has also launched Redmi Buds 6 Active and Redmi Buds 6 Play worldwide.
Redmi Buds 6 Active:
Xiaomi Acoustic Lab fine-tuned the 14.2mm dynamic driver in the earbud. The device is equipped with a dual microphone that can achieve wind noise cancellation of up to 4m/s when making calls. On a single 10-minute charge, users can enjoy one hour of playback time with a battery that lasts up to 30 hours.
You can adjust the EQ from Standard to Enhanced treble, Enhanced bass, Enhanced voice, and boosted volume. There is a semi-linear design, a glassy decorative strip, and a transparent case cover. The device supports Bluetooth 5.4, 90ms ultra-low latency, quick connection, IPX4 rating, and spatial audio. It can be used with the Xiaomi Earbuds app. It weighs 4 grams and measures 49×48.6x23mm.
Redmi Buds 6 Active comes in Black, Blue, Pink, and White colour options and costs $14.90. The Xiaomi Malaysia website lists it for RM 69.00.
Redmi Buds 6 Lite:
With 12.4mm titanium diaphragm dynamic drivers, the Redmi Buds 6 Lite offers active noise cancellation up to 40 dB. AI noise reduction is used to reduce wind noise up to 6 m/s through dual microphones. EQ settings can be adjusted using 4 presets – Standard, Enhanced treble, Enhanced bass, and Enhanced voice. Xiaomi Earbuds app is compatible with it. AAC coding is supported for high-quality audio.
There is a physical press button on the case for convenient pairing. The earbuds are designed with soft pulse lights. On a single 10-minute charge, users can enjoy a 2-hour playback time along with 38 hours of battery life. With Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, it supports Google Fast Pair. Each earbud weighs 4.2g and measures 31×21.4×23.45mm.
Redmi Buds 6 Lite is available in white, black, and blue colours. The Xiaomi UK website sells it for £14.99, while it costs 2,480 Yen in Japan.
Redmi Buds 6 Play:
With 10mm dynamic drivers, it provides clear calls thanks to AI noise reduction. Users can playback for up to 36 hours on a single charge with the charging case, while 10 minutes of charging gives them up to 3 hours. EQ modes include five presets for adjusting the sound quality. The device is Bluetooth 5.4 compatible. Google Fast Pair and the Xiaomi Earbuds app are compatible with it. Each earbud weighs 3.6g and measures 20.6×14.5x22mm.
There are two colour options available: Black and White. You can purchase Redmi Buds 6 Play for 1,380 Yen on the Rakuten website in Japan.
