It is expected that iQOO will announce the iQOO Z9 Turbo+ smartphone in China in September. The Z9x, Z9, and Z9 Turbo are currently part of the Z9 series. According to reports, the upcoming Z9 Turbo+ will resemble the existing Z9 Turbo. There will, however, be one major difference between the two variants: the Plus variant will use a Dimensity chipset.

The MIIT certification database in China recently spotted the Z9 Turbo+, purportedly bearing the V2417A model number. The same device has now received approval from the country’s 3C certification platform, indicating that it will launch soon.

According to 3C’s database, the upcoming iQOO Z9 Turbo+ (V2417A) will come with two chargers. Up to 80W of charging power is supported by the V8073L0A1-CN, while the V9082L0A1-CN charger supports 90W of charging power. Digital Chat Station, however, states that the device can only handle 80W charging. The device’s key specifications were also mentioned.

Specs:

It is expected that the iQOO Z9 Turbo+ will feature a flat OLED panel measuring 6.78 inches. There will be a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It will feature an in-screen fingerprint sensor with short-focus optical technology.

Under the hood, the device will use the Dimensity 9300 Plus, MediaTek’s most powerful chip. Furthermore, it is expected to have a battery capacity of 6,000mAh. There is no information about the device’s RAM or storage capacity in the leak.

The iQOO Z9 Turbo Plus may come with a 16-megapixel camera on the front. Ideally, the phone will have two cameras in the rear, one with 50 megapixels and the other with 8 megapixels.
