Redmi is developing its Redmi Note 14 and Redmi K80 smartphone series for the Chinese market. In November, the K80 series is expected to launch, while the Note 14 series may launch later this month. The brand is also developing the Redmi Turbo 4 for the home market, according to a recent development. Before its launch next year, a few details about the device’s build and screen resolution have emerged.
Redmi Turbo 4 with model number 2412DRT0AC was recently spotted in the IMEI database. Possibly, the same phone will be rebranded Poco F7 for the global market, including India. The Indian variant has the 2412DPC0AI model number, while the global edition has the 2412DPC0AG model number.
While the “2412” numbers suggest a December launch, the Turbo 4 is likely to launch in Q2 2025. After the launch of the Turbo 4, the Poco F7 is expected in other markets.
The Redmi Turbo 4 will feature a flat 1.5K display, according to reliable tipster Experience More. A plastic frame will also be included with the device. Poco F7 is expected to have similar specs, as it is a rebranded model. Therefore, it appears that the Redmi Turbo 4 / Poco F7 will not present any significant changes in terms of display and build compared to their predecessors.
There is no information on the chipset that powers the Redmi Turbo 4 / Poco F7. As with the previous generation, it remains to be seen if these devices feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4.
In addition, the leaker said the Redmi Turbo 4 would have a huge battery. It was unclear what size the battery was, however. The Turbo 4 / F7 may have a battery capacity of at least 5,500mAh.
