Along with the Pixel 9 smartphones, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold will be launched on August 13th. As a result of the new foldable, Google has changed its naming scheme, making it part of the Pixel 9 series. The Pixel 9 Pro Fold renders we shared last week showed its complete design and colours. The Pixel 9 Pro Fold promo images and US pricing have been revealed by 91mobiles thanks to OnLeaks.
OnLeaks reports that the Pixel 9 Pro Fold will launch in two variants: 256GB and 512GB for $1,799 (roughly Rs 1,50,649) and $1,919 (roughly Rs 1,60,698) respectively.
As far as pricing is concerned, it’s the same as the original Pixel Fold that launched last year. In other words, Google hasn’t raised the price of its second foldable phone.
In India, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold will be the first Google foldable to launch. In light of the hefty price tag on US models, its price would be interesting.
AI Features:
AI features such as Circle to Search, Magic Editor, and Best Take are expected to be included in the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. As well as the ‘Add Me’ feature, it can add people to group photos using AI. The feature requires the photo to be taken in the same place. Then the AI will adjust it to make it appear as though the group is together.
