As rumours about the Galaxy S25 lineup intensify in the coming months, it may be time to turn our attention to the Galaxy Z Flip6 and Z Fold6. According to one of the top Samsung tipsters, the Ultra will get a redesign.
Samsung has already finalized the design of all three Galaxy S25 devices. To improve grip, the S25 Ultra is said to have an asymmetrical frame design.
According to reports, the frame towards the back panel will be more rounded for better grip, while the front panel will be straighter. It will also make the bezels look thinner, although we are unsure how to achieve that. Overall, the handset’s width will be retained, while the side frames will be narrower.
Back in late June, there was a rumour about a design change. Although this may be a good design choice, we think the main issue with ergonomics is the sharp corners of the S24 Ultra. Compared to other 6.8-inch smartphones, they make the device appear much larger than it is.
However, we are eager to see how the new design affects ergonomics and usability.
