OnePlus will host an event in Milan, Italy on July 16 to unveil the Nord 4, Nord Buds 3 Pro TWS earphones, Watch 2R, and Pad 2. While OnePlus hasn’t revealed anything about the OnePlus Pad 2, the latest leak suggests it won’t be an entirely new device.
As per the leak, the OnePlus Pad 2 will launch in India on July 16. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and have memory options of 8GB/12GB and 12GB/256GB. For global markets, the OnePlus Pad 2 appears to be the China-exclusive OnePlus Pad Pro. According to the source, OnePlus will also launch the OnePlus Stylo 2 stylus, Smart Keyboard, and Folio Case with the Pad 2.
OnePlus Pad 2:
The new OnePlus Pad 2 will sport a 12.1-inch 3K IPS LCD (2,120 x 3,000p) display with a whopping 144Hz refresh rate support. It comes with a new 7:5 aspect ratio display along with 2.5D curved glass on top. The device also has Dolby Vision and Audio support & features quad-firing speakers.
OnePlus Pad 2 will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB storage options. There is a unique feature called to use it Everywhere which allows connecting with other OnePlus devices to share and receive OTP etc.
The new OnePlus Pad 2 will also get Stylus support & comes with Wifi options. It features a 13MP single rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP selfie camera. The device runs on Android 13 with Oxygen OS on top. All this is packed by a huge 9510 mAh battery with 67W fast charge support.
Additionally, the OnePlus Pad 2 supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and a USB-C port. It also features OnePlus Smart Stylus Pro support and a new smart touch keyboard.
