Xiaomi is actively developing the Redmi Note 14 series, and its XiaomiTime team has revealed some interesting details about it. These upcoming devices will be discussed here based on what we know so far. It has been a long time since Xiaomi developed the Redmi Note 14 series.
The Redmi Note 14 series is expected to be officially launched in September. Only 2.5 months remain until the launch, and anticipation is growing. IMEI data has confirmed the regions in which the Note 14 series will be sold.
Redmi Note 14 5G (24090RA29G, 24090RA29I, 24090RA29C), Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G (24115RA8EG, 24115RA8EI, 24115RA8EC), and Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G (24094RAD4G, 24094RAD4I, 24094RAD4C) are represented by these model numbers. In the model numbers, the prefix “2409” indicates the launch date, which confirms the series will be introduced in September. The smartphones will first be launched in China, and then in other markets around the world.
HyperOS source code includes the Redmi Note 14 series. As for the top-end model, the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G, it has the internal model number “O16U” and the codename “amethyst”. As per tradition, the Redmi Note series is named after gemstones; amethyst is a transparent variety of quartz typically found in purple hues. No codename has yet been revealed for the Redmi Note 14 5G and Note 14 Pro 5G.
HyperOS 1.0 will be preloaded on these devices out of the box, based on Android 14. In October, Xiaomi will introduce the 15 series following the Note 14 series.
