iQOO is reported to be developing the iQOO 13 smartphone for the Chinese market. It will be the successor to last year’s iQOO 12, which had a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Digital Chat Station consistently leaks details of the iQOO 13. His latest leak reveals details about the device’s display, camera, security, and IP rating.

According to DCS‘ recent post on Weibo, the iQOO 13 will feature a flat OLED panel with a resolution of 2K. Its screen size is not known at this time. The iQOO 12 was equipped with a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.

The iQOO 13 will have an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor embedded in its display, an upgrade from its predecessor’s optical sensor. IQOO 13’s chassis will have an IP68 dust and water resistance rating, up from IP64 on the previous generation.

An optical zoom camera with periscope is rumored to be part of the iQOO 13’s rear camera. It’s unclear if the iQOO 13 will have the same periscope zoom camera as the iQOO 12.

In October, the iQOO 13 is expected to debut with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset. According to the tipster, the device will offer 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. It is unclear how the battery will charge and how fast it will charge at present.
