Vivo X Fold 3 series foldable phone rumors continue to circulate. Earlier this month, China’s MIIT certified these devices. Digital Chat Station, a noted leaker, has shared additional details about their potential specifications.
The Vivo X Fold 3 series is expected to have upgraded screen resolutions, according to the leaker. Their exact resolution hasn’t been disclosed, however. It will be interesting to see how much further the X Fold 2 can improve its 2K inner display.
Moreover, the leak suggests the devices will sport a 50MP main camera, which is in line with previous leaks. The Vivo X Fold 3 series may feature a 50-megapixel OV50H main camera with optical image stabilization.
The series is also said to include an ultra-wide lens and a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. The standard model may not include the latter.
Vivo may also be trying to reduce the weight of these foldable devices, according to the tipster. The devices are also expected to feature an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and wireless charging capability of 50W.
In March, Vivo is rumored to hold a major launch event in China. The brand may unveil its foldable at this event.
