Qualcomm a well known SoC brand is in news with the successor to SD835 with SD836 which was leaked earlier.We also got some leaks about the SD845 too which is scheduled to launch soon.As per earlier leaks, we also got to know that the Google upcoming Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL will be powered by SD836. But now as per some rumors, Qualcomm has denied about the launching the minor upgraded chip SD836.
As per XDA Developer, Qualcomm will not launch the SD836 as per extremely reliable source given by XDA on their website.Last year Qualcomm launched a minor upgrade over SD820 with SD821 which was powering with Google Pixel and Pixel XL, but this year you might see the new Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL will be powered by SD835 chip and not the SD836 chip if the above news is true.
Earlier we even had leaks claiming the next Mi Mix 2 will be powered by SD836 but after few days we got news that it will be now powered by SD835 chip and not SD836. So Qualcomm will not launch the SD836 chip anymore and will directly jump to SD845 chip which will be launched next year.
