It’s almost time for Samsung to launch its Galaxy A25 5G phone. The device’s support page went live in India recently. Also spotted on TUV’s certification website, showing its charging capabilities. MySmartPrice has gotten the official renders for the Galaxy A25 5G and its full specs.
Design:
The Galaxy A25 5G has rounded corners, slim bezels, and a thick chin at the bottom. It’ll also have the same rear design we’ve seen on almost all Samsung phones in 2023, with three camera sensors vertically aligned at the top left corner and a Samsung logo at the bottom. It’ll have a water drop notch on the front.
There’s also a power button and volume rockers on the right side, and the SIM tray on the left. There are four color options: Blue, Black, Yellow, Light Blue, and Blue. It’ll weigh 197 grams and measure 161.0 x 76.5 x 8.3mm.
Specs:
The new Galaxy A25 5G sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display with a 120Hz refresh rate. There is 1000 nits of peak brightness on this display.
The notch carries a 13MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.0. On the back, the Galaxy A25 features triple-rear cameras with a 50MP main shooter with f/1.8 aperture with OIS. There is an 8MP Ultra-wide, along with a 2MP macro sensor with an aperture of f/2.4 with LED flash.
The Galaxy A25 is powered by an Exynos 1280 SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB internal storage. It also comes with a dedicated microSD card slot. It is packed with a 5000 mAh battery with 25W fast charging support and runs on Android 13 with One UI 5.1 on top. Further, the device also features a fingerprint scanner on the side.
There will be four years of OS updates and five years of security updates. Samsung Knox security and Samsung Pay will also be included. The Galaxy A25 5G has stereo speakers despite being a budget device.
