There have been numerous leaks and rumors about OnePlus’s upcoming foldable flagship device in recent weeks. According to a recent report, the upcoming foldable will have a rear camera and a display with a resolution of 1080p.

According to Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus Open will come with a 48MP main camera and a 64MP periscope camera with a 3x optical zoom. Despite conflicting reports about the telephoto camera, the third rear camera is rumored to be a 48MP ultrawide sensor.

According to the latest rumor, the 64MP camera will be a periscope lens with 3x optical zoom, rather than a telephoto with 6x optical zoom.

There is also a rumor that the foldable will have a 2K resolution screen with a 120Hz refresh rate with a peak brightness of 2,800 nits. As compared to Google Pixel Fold’s 1,450 nit peak brightness, this display would be significantly brighter.

The OnePlus Open is also expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. In addition to the 4,805mAh battery, the phone is said to be capable of at least 100W fast charging.

OnePlus Open will be launched on October 19, so we’ll find out more about its specs and features then.
