Samsung recently announced its Fan Edition devices, including the S23 FE smartphone, Galaxy Buds FE, and S9 FE and S9+ FE tablets. The South Korean brand has quietly launched the Galaxy Tab A9 in the UAE and Guatemala markets, alongside the latest additions to the Tab S9 series. It is the successor to the Galaxy Tab A8 that debuted in 2021. Further in India Galaxy Tab A9+ is officially launched.

Amazon UAE and Samsung Guatemala have listed the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9. The device has an 8.7-inch display with a resolution of 800 x 1,340 pixels and a refresh rate of 60Hz. The Galaxy Tab A9 comes with dual speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos and 3D sound support.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 is powered by MediaTek Helio G99 chipset. It has up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage via a microSD card. It runs on Android 13 out of the box, with features like multitasking split screen, quick share, auto sync, etc.
The tablet has an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls. Galaxy Tab A9 has a 7,040mAh battery that supports 15W rapid charging. It comes with Bluetooth 5.0 support, Wifi, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C Port, and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
There are three colors available for the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9. They are Silver, Graphite, and Navy. The price starts at AED 699 ($190) on Amazon UAE and GTQ 1,499 ($191) on Samsung Guatemala.
