Based on CAD-based renders, the OnePlus 12 appears to feature a centered punch-hole display and a circular camera island on the rear. A new set of OnePlus 12 renders has been shared by the same source – OnLeaks – which shows a different camera island design.
Instead of three circles inside the camera island, there are now four. Similarly, Hasselblad’s logo has been moved from between the rows of cameras to the left side. Other than these changes, nothing else has changed. The new renders are based on images from the OnePlus 12 pre-production unit, according to OnLeaks.
According to rumors, the OnePlus 12 will launch in China in December, followed by a global launch in January 2024. The device will be powered by the yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, have up to 24GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, and run Android 14-based OxygenOS 14.
In addition to a 6.7″ 120Hz QHD+ LTPO AMOLED display, the smartphone will feature a fingerprint scanner underneath for biometric authentication, as well as a punch hole for a 32MP selfie shooter. In the rear, there will be three cameras: a 50MP primary, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 64MP periscope (3x optical zoom).
